- Membership is not transferable.
- Your membership card must be presented at the time of purchase to enable points accumulation. Without your card another form of ID is required.
- Membership continuity at the Pump, Ballerina and Stiletto level is dependant on points.
- A minimum number of points during the membership year is required for renewal . Sole members have no point requirement.
- Ballerina and Stiletto members who do not earn 200 or 300 or more points during any membership year will only go back one level at renewal for the following year.
- At any time during any membership year, Pump & Ballerina level members can upgrade their status to the next higher level by earning the minimum points required.
- Join date and renewal date are the same. If a VIP customer has achieved higher status in a given year then her renewal date will be the same each year and the points will be accessed over the previous 12 months.
- All communication for the new Wittner VIP Soul Club will be done via email, with the exception of letters that will be distributed when you receive a new card or your membership anniversary is reached. By activating your card and participating in the club you are agreeing to receive this email communication from Wittner. You will however, have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our monthly emails with hot offers and the latest products and news from Wittner.
- NO POINTS for shoeby fees, freight.
- Points accumulated are rounded to the nearest $5.
