What is the VIP Soul Club and how do I sign up?
The VIP Soul Club is Wittner’s special loyalty program for our most valued customers. It rewards you for doing what you love most- buying shoes! You’ll receive your card once you purchase any pair of full price shoes instore or online. Then you can start earning points every time you purchase, tiptoeing your way to receiving amazing discounts, fashion tips, hot offers, gift vouchers and more.

How do I collect points with my VIP Soul Club card?
Every time you make a purchase with us, you’ll collect more points- just make sure you always show your card whenever you make a purchase, so that your points can be added to your account. As you collect more points, you’ll move up through the levels, earning you even more sensational discounts and offers.

Can I earn points on all my purchases?
Absolutely. Every time you spend $5 at Wittner on shoes, bags or accessories, your card will be credited with 1 point.

How do I check my points balance?
Just go to www.wittner.com.au and click on the VIP Soul Club button. You’ll be asked to enter your membership number and password, and then taken to your own membership page where you can easily check your points balance, see how many points you need to earn to get to the next level or to change your details.

I’ve made a purchase but my points haven’t been awarded to my account. What can I do?
Don’t worry- if there’s been a mistake, we’ll make sure we adjust your account. Please email our customer service rep at vipsoulclub@wittner.com.au or call 1300 137 463 and select ‘1’ for customer service.

What happens if my personal details change?
Just log on to the VIP Soul Club at www.wittner.com.au, enter your membership number and password, and then click on update personal details.

What happens if my card gets lost, stolen or damaged?
Just log in to your account at wittner.com.au and click on ‘request a new card’. Your shiny new card will arrive 4 – 6 weeks later. In the meantime you can continue earning points when you shop at Wittner - just make sure you give the sales girl your name so she can manually record your transaction.
If you’re buying online just enter your VIP number and password and the points will automatically be credited to your account.

If I’m a Sole member, do I have to earn a minimum number of points in a membership year to stay on that level?
No, you’ll remain as a Sole member until you earn enough points to get to the next level – Pump.

If I’m an existing member (at Pump, Ballerina or Stiletto level), what happens if I don’t earn the required points after 12 months to stay on that level?
If you don’t earn enough points to stay at your current level, you’ll drop down one level. If you earn enough points in a year, we’ll reinstate your old status.

What happens when I earn enough points to be upgraded a level?
You’ll be upgraded immediately and receive your brand new card in the mail within 4 - 6 weeks.

Can I buy membership to a higher level?
No, unfortunately. But purchase some more gorgeous shoes and you’ll be there in no time.

I have an old VIP Club card but it only has 6 digits on it. How do I get one of the new cards with 7 digits?
